Katlego Maboe Demands R4 Million For Reputation And Psychological Damage.
Former presenter, Katlego Maboe, requests R4 million from four people for “Reputation and Psychological damages”
The famous live character experienced harsh criticism in year 2020 when the charges of cheating and abuse leveled against him by his former partner, Monique Muller were disclosed.
The claims raised a lot of controversies prompting his removal from the Expresso Morning Show, Outsurance advertisements featuring him were were taken off air and the Network 24 reported that he had been removed from the nominees list for Best TV Presenter at the National Film and Video Foundation’s South African Film And Television Awards (SAFTAs).
In recent claims, Katlego is presently requesting R1 million each from four individuals who supposedly tainted his image. They include his former partner, Monique Muller, her brother, Women For Change Founder, Sabrina Walter, and chairperson of the judges for the NFVF’s Saftas, Dr Janet van Eeden.
Katlego will allegedly begin official damage claims against them if they refuse to pay up within a period of3 three weeks. He will be claiming loss of income, psychological damage, and damage to his reputation.
