Prince Kaybee Defends Sir Trill Over Botched Interview
Low Key Records boss Prince Kaybee has defended upcoming artist Sir Trill who was called out by Kaya FM radio host Tbose for failing to show up for an interview.
In a post to social media, Tbose had said that Sir had said he couldn’t make it to the interview because it was too early.
His revelation elected mixed reactions from social media users. Some claimed the young amapiano artist did not need the interview more than Tbose himself, after all upcoming artists still have to pay for their music to be played (payola).
Prince Kaybee joined the conversation, stating that from his position as an industry senior, he thinks Tbose should have spoken to Sir Trill privately on the vitality of commitment to the industry.
Check the Post Below:
I am standing up for Sir Trill, as a senior in the media space Tboze was supposed to call Sir Trill and educate him about the importance of commitment, not “OUT” Sir Trill on Social Media. Its important for seniors to advise not push a narrative to isolate upcoming artists.
