Rashid Kay Alleged Death Threats From A-Reece’s Fans

Super Star Rashid Kay of the award body South African Hip Hop Awards (SAHHA) is allegedly facing death threats from the fans of the rapper A-Reece who wants him to win the Artist of the Decade category of the award.

Ever since he exited the Ambitiouz Entertainment, A-Reece seemed to have detached himself from submitting his music for awards. He appeared to have had a change of heart this year.

Rashid Kay clearly admitted that The Boy Doing Things submitted his music for the SAHHA. The songster is facing stiff opposition in the Artist of the Decade category for which he had been nominated alongside heavyweights like Nasty C and YoungstaCPT.

Hard working A-Reece should win the Artist of the Decade category, his fans, collectively known as The Slimes, have not only been rooting for him, they have allegedly been sending death threats to Rashid Kay.

Apparently, Rashid had claimed in a tweet yesterday November 16 that The Slimes have been sending his death threats via his DM. You can View the tweet below.

One would speculate that the alleged death threats may sway votes in A_Reece’s favour but It remains to be seen who would walk home with the Artist of the Decade scudetto. You sure have to stay tuned for the list of winners.
