Alleged Rape: NPA Not Prosecuting DJ Fresh And DJ Euphonik’s Defamation.

It’s a victorious moment for South African DJ and Producer, DJ Fresh and Euphonik, as the National Prosecuting Authority (NPA) has nullified the assault argument against them.

Earlier this year, a woman had taken to Instagram and had claimed that she had been assaulted by Fresh and Euphonik back in 2011 during a party. These accusations acquired a strong base at the time causing both artiste to lose their radio presenting jobs.

They both claimed they had never met the woman and couldn’t have assaulted somebody they have never meet. Pubic assessment of the allegations was vigorously partitioned as some celebrities and fans required the indictment of the pair.

Incensed by what they named a false allegation, the two entertainers had organized a criminal criticism argument against the woman.

In a proclamation, the NPA representative, Lumka Mahanjan, stated that the possibility of charging the woman for criminal criticism was zero, so the body would not be proceeding with the prosecution of the lady.

The woman who had accused the two DJs of Rape welcomed the NPA’s choice, expressing that she would have gone to prison for simply telling the truth. Likewise, DJ Fresh and Euphonik are said to be okay with the verdict passed by the NPA.
