Live Amp has become a hotspot for good conversation as well as good performances – a platform where artists are only too ready to be interviewed and to perform. In the years since its founding, the platform has played host to some of South Africa’s finest voices, from Cassper Nyovest to DJ Sbu to… you name them.
On the platform, artists get to perform some of the most popular songs. Just recently, some of Mzansi’s notables had popped on the Live Amp stage and wowed fans with their performances. Notable among them is Makhadzi. The celebrated singer perfumed her “Ghanama” song which featured Prince Benza. Also on the platform was Sjava and Anzo, who perfumed “Gawulubheke.”
You probably already know that Lady Du has a close relationship with the late Mpura. On the Live Amp platform, she gave a tribute performance to the songster and Killer Kau, who died in an auto accident recently.
Rap veteran and Skhanda World record label owner K.O was also on the Live Amp circuit, where he treated fans to his “K:HOVA” single. Boohle thrilled fans on the circuit as well, with Amawaza.”
