It was a near death experience for media entertainer Anele Mdoda, but she’s alive to tell the story.
Anele’s ankle had been run over by a vehicle, but her sneakers partly saved her.
The scene was the OR Tambo Airport, and Anele Mdoda was wearing the Root of Fame shoes released by Family Tree rapper Cassper Nyovest in collaboration with Drip Footwear.
Reviewing the occurrence, she described it as the most “bizarre” thing to have happened to her.
She was pretty frantic earlier but she’s doing okay now.
